When the Laidlaw Foundation partnered with Black Belt Productions to produce a series of videos that profile our wonderful grantees, our team was thrilled by how comfortable and collaborative the process was from conception to implementation. Black Belt Productions initiated a production opportunity for youth through the Pathways to Education program in Kitchener. Black Belt ensured the process was led by youth while providing professional coaching and mentoring. Everyone was very excited with the final product especially since the youth were involved in acting, sound, lighting, editing and directing!
